Axis Technology has a long-standing relationship with Collins & Aikman Corporation, a global leader in cockpit modules and automotive floor and acoustic systems.  In the automotive industry, Collins & Aikman is a leading Top Tier supplier of instrument panels, automotive fabric, plastic-based trim, and convertible top systems.

We worked on the corporation’s data centers, among more than 80 locations around the globe, including its design and engineering infrastructure and production plants in North America and Europe.   An important strategic assignment included rollout of the Avaya infrastructure into the firm’s plastics plants in Michigan, including: Manchester, Sterling Heights, Plymouth, St. Clair, and Troy.

Most recently, Axis Technology has accepted total data center responsibility as the firm moves more than 1,000 employees from Troy to its new corporate headquarters in Southfield, Michigan.
